DEVILS SET THE BAR!
It was no surprise to KCPC, but it certainly was to some, when Devils headed back to Kilcock on Saturday 13th March having taken first place of the Munster League. This was Devils first excursion to Munster and what a feather in their cap!
The League has been played over several months and Devils had 4 matches to play on the night. Their first match turned out to be a scratch match against Bad Company. They beat Swink 4-2 and Muppets 5-1 and met Swink again in the final which ended in a Devils victory 7-6.
Devils were understandably chuffed with themselves, but wanted to thank their coaches on Demons, their parents for driving them to the venue and finally their manager Peter Fitzgerald.
KCPC Committee and Members are delighted with the teams success and for setting the standard for 2010. Congratulations and Well Done Lads!
