  CLUB MEMBERSHIP

All participants in Club activities must have a current membership.
Fees for 2004 are:
First Family Member: €80.
Each Additional Family Member: €40

An Executive composed of three committees runs Kilcock Canoe Polo Club:
- Steering Committee
- Coaching Committee
- Infrastructure Development Committee

The Steering Committee is charged with all matters relating to policy and finance, and co-ordinating the work of the other committees. It is made up of a Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and other representatives from the Coaching and Infrastructure Development Committees.

The Coaching Committee is charged with all matters relating to coaching and competitions. This includes organising classes, selecting teams for competitions, and organising Kilcock Competitions.

The Infrastructure Development Committee is charged with developing the infrastructure of the Club, including fund-raising for such developments. They are also responsible for making grant applications on behalf of the club.
Its major project at the moment is the construction of the boathouse and floodlighting and the funding of this project.
