Demons on the home run for 3 in a Row
It seems to some that Demons will not be in the position to take the Irish Open for the 3rd year in a row but those people are not the best at statistics, team spirit and what Kilcock Canoe Polo Club are about. The Demons record speaks loudly , 3 years in a row Club Champions of Ireland at Canoe Polo and 2 years in a row Winners of the Irish Open.
Powered by ISUZU, the Demons won their first match on Saturday morning against Kamikaze 10 -0. Late on in the morning they met Muppets and beat them easily 10 – 2. After a light lunch Demons met the Dutch team , Rebels and won 6 -1 . Later on in the afternoon they met Aberfan and after a great match played by both teams, they drew 6 – 6. Demons finished top of their group ahead of Aberfan, Rebels, Muppets and Kamikaze.Tomorrow Demons will play WWKC and Dragons ( or otherwise known as Carnage) in the morning. The outlook is for sunny weather tomorrow and you would be in good company if you looked towards ISUZU power for some good betting.
